1. Introduction and Consent

zbuzz baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between zbuzz baji and those who use its services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on this platform, you automatically give your full consent to these Terms.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits through a third party or using another person's account are not allowed.
• Depositing funds from suspicious sources is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds for which the wagering conditions have not been met cannot be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus portion you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members in the specified manner.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or another person's details may result in account cancellation.
• zbuzz baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• A bonus is never a substitute for cash — it is an additional benefit to extend your playing opportunity.

6. Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Conditions

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the rules of the relevant game provide otherwise.
• If a bet becomes void due to a technical error, zbuzz baji reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Winnings from a game are added to the member's account balance immediately.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the decision of zbuzz baji shall be final.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Playing games or placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability of the platform.
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
• Attempting to collect bonuses or rewards by any unauthorised means.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.

7. VIP Program

The zbuzz baji VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver 0.4%, Gold 0.6%, and Platinum 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are based on the member's overall activity and participation on the platform. zbuzz baji reserves the right to change the VIP benefit conditions at any time.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

zbuzz baji may suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If registration was completed using false information.
• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• If the account holder has been inactive for an extended period.
• If the member themselves requests account closure.

Upon account closure, the valid balance (excluding bonuses, subject to conditions) may be returned, though this decision is at zbuzz baji's discretion.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Using zbuzz baji's brand or logo without authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

zbuzz baji is not liable for losses caused by technical interruptions, loss of internet connection, or faults in third-party services. The platform is provided on an as-is basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.

The member bears full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gaming activity. zbuzz baji is not liable for game outcomes.

13. Service Changes and Terms Updates

zbuzz baji reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published. Members are advised to check this page regularly.

Continued use of the platform after a change to the Terms will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new Terms.
